We are extremely proud and lucky to be able to use Oscar's great product here in the kitchens at Ye Olde Fighting Cocks. In 2012 Oscar saw an opportunity to make something out of the rapeseed that grows on his family's farm, and after some research, discovered the health benefits of rapeseed oil. With half the saturated fats of olive oil, and higher levels of rich omega oils, it's a healthy alternative to other cooking oils made right here in the UK.

We have thousands of members who meet up every couple of weeks around the UK to have fun, have a pint and get involved in their local communities. Most local Round Tables get together to do everything from paintballing to a game of football, or even something as simple a drink at the pub followed by a curry. These evenings are the essence of Round Table – bringing together groups of friends for beer and banter.
St Albans and District Chamber of Commerce was formed in November 1907 to 'further the interest of businesses in the area ensuring positive growth and development'. Over one hundred years later we are still committed to these objectives and aim to be a 'voice' for our members.
